Daisy Faye, love of my life, and shining member of the community is facing a dental crisis that requires our immediate help. We need to raise at least $30,000 for essential dental treatments that will prevent permanent tooth loss as well as restore some of what has already been lost. We're setting incremental goals of $10,000, and we're determined to reach our first milestone promptly. Let's rally together to help Daisy keep her precious smile!

For the last several years, Daisy has struggled immensely with complex medical conditions due to major medical mismanagement after which critical elements of her care were made inaccessible by the pandemic. To try to address symptoms of fibromyalgia, Centralized Sensitivity Syndrome, and suspected Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, and Endometriosis, Daisy has been prescribed a pharmacological nightmare that should never have been administered, in addition to multiple rounds of unnecessary antibiotics, and dozens of fruitless and traumatic ER visits. Her conditions severely worsened, including Cyclical Vomiting Syndrome and constant excruciating levels of pain among many other horrendous side effects for almost four years.

Through these years of watching the love of my life literally scream in agony through the night as her health deteriorated, I exponentially increased my medical education to figure out what was really going on and isolated the poorly prescribed medications that were killing her and constantly burned myself out creating an evolving care regimen that would ultimately start bringing her back to reasonable health. Though her physical health is progressing and largely under control, her dental health has been severely impacted by such poor symptom management with the added side effects of medications for years. While most of her medical fires have been put out the damage to her teeth still remains to be addressed.

Time is of the essence, and Daisy requires urgent dental care to save her remaining teeth from irreversible damage. We are currently working in phases with her dental team and at the moment, within a limited timeframe for posts to be put in after the emergency extractions and bone grafts that have an operable widow of a few months. Before that time limit is up, there are currently 16 cavities to be addressed with the possibility of any number of those to be root canals once work on them begins.

The required dental procedures come with a hefty long-term price tag of at least $30,000 and this is the most accessible price we've been able to find after several different consultations, all while taking into consideration her student benefits and PWD. Daisy also doesn't qualify for any dental loans and her closest family members cannot afford to support her though this with two young children. As a result of the pandemic(and now AI generative art), the out-of-pocket costs, and my time in order to manage Daisy's care, my life savings have now been completely drained. My career in music and festivals was severely impacted by the loss of public events and I can no longer keep up if the debt continues to rise and it is now at the point that our whole family risks homelessness if we don't get some help. We can no longer do this on our own and need to ask the community for help.

Daisy has a brilliant mind with many gifts that she wants to share with the world though media psychology, cultural anthropology, writing, movement, poetry, art, and music. The world deserves her gifts, and she so desperately wants to be able to give them. Let's pull together to give her her life back so she can be the Daisy Faye the world deserves <3

To make this goal more manageable, we're breaking it down into incremental stages of $10,000 each, and if we're lucky we can tackle all the future financial hurtles in advance. We're currently targeting our first goal of $10,000, which will enable Daisy to start receiving the essential dental treatments she most urgently needs. Without this financial assistance, Daisy faces the devastating reality of losing her teeth permanently. This would not only result in severe physical pain but also deeply impact her emotional well-being and self-esteem.
