Officer David Rose was more than a dedicated public servant - He was a loving father, a devoted husband, a caring son, a cherished brother, and a loyal friend. His kindness, courage, and unwavering commitment to his family and community touched the lives of everyone who knew him.
Officer Rose served with integrity, compassion, and bravery, and he left behind a lasting impact on the DeKalb County community.
