Devastating Fire

On June 6th, 2022 there was a devastating fire in Presque Isle, Maine that burnt down our father’s home that he built himself. Our father was in the basement when the fire broke out. Erica had just left so she was safe. Him being the stubborn man he is, tried to put it out himself. Luckily, he escaped when he did. The ambulance got him to the hospital where he had to have a life flight to Portland, Maine. He was sent to the ICU at Maine Medical Hospital with a wonderful team that has been keeping up with his stubbornness.
At the moment everything is gone. We will need to purchase everything from toilet paper to appliances. Unfortunately, not a lot was salvaged and this gives us a big emptiness in our hearts.
It will be a while to a full recovery with the help and support from friends and family.
