Support for Mom's end of life care

I had the idea of this go fund me while I was taking my mom back home after calling an ambulance this morning for her. I've never done one of these, and I pride myself in being able to provide for my family, but I also know that we all have to ask for help when we truly need it. My mother was diagnosed with cervical cancer last year. She was cancer free by December of 2024. Only to be rediagnosed this year and the news that the cancer has spread to other female parts. The chemo will not cure this but give us a little more time. My mother has always taken care of herself until this last cancer diagnosis, and lived on her own. She stayed with me for a few weeks and then Two weeks ago she was flown to UK and ended up having surgery and now she has a colostomy bag. My mother can no longer be alone and take care of herself. I am taking my vacation days from work when she is in the hospital and I do not have but a couple left. We live in an apartment and I have traded my sectional for a recliner sofa for her bc she can not sleep in a bed and can only sleep in a recliner. There are other things I still need to order for her so she can live with me comfortably. I am financially taking care of all of her needs, and going back and forth to the hospital that is 2 hours away. For hospital stays and appointments. I am signing her up for disability but that takes time, and I am afraid financially. She deserves for me to be the best I can be mentally for her while she is going through this and end of life care. Nothing, I have been through hurts more than seeing her in this kind of pain and suffering. And her realizing what is happening to her. This go fund me will help me get her what she needs in order to live comfortably, and go towards any kind of medical care. Gas for hospital stays and doctor appointments. Just anything that she needs medically or personally. Going through this with her has made me so grateful for the time I get with her even when it hurts. We don't get this time back if we don't take it while we can.
