Hello family and friends,
On October 7th, we woke up to the devastating news of losing both loving mother, Se Chang and father, Koua Xiong. Se was an amazing, kind, and caring mother, sister, aunt, and friend to many in the community. Koua was an amazing kind and caring father, brother, uncle and friend. He was known as a teacher to many in teaching the hmong flute to members of the community for traditional rituals. They left behind five beautiful children: Isian(17), Max(15), Ethan(12), Ash(10) and Thayen(6).
In keeping with their spirits of generosity and love of family, we ask that in lieu of flowers, you join us in contributing to an education fund and support for their children.
