Hi, I'm Steph and I want to raise as much as I can for a fantastic organisation run by volunteers called 'Dancing with Dementia'. This FANTASTIC & DEDICATED group of people helped my 93 year old Gran to smile and dance again (albeit a little jig in her arm chair). My Gran loved music and dancing and without us knowing it- this was the last music she'd ever enjoy and her last dance too before sadly passing away on Wednesday 6th August 2025.

When I spoke to the people running 'Dancing with Dementia' on the day they visited my Grans hospital ward, they were just beautiful people and I could feel their passion for what they do. I promised them then, that I would try to raise some money for them...but now it's in Gran's memory too.

I set myself a goal when we broke up from school in July... to walk 150 miles before returning to school on 1st September! I'm just over half way (please see photo attached) and I'll keep you all updated via my Facebook page.

I feel that now my Gran has passed away, it's a nice touch to dedicate my challenge to her and raise money for Dancing with Dementia at the same time.
