Help Bring a Family Together!

This is Akwasi's family, his lovely wife and four sons (including 2 year old triplets). Imagine being separated from your family by 5,200 miles and you can't afford to move them from Ghana to North Carolina to live the American dream. That's Akwasi's dilemma, despite working full-time at Rex and here at the station. Every day, we stop what we're doing and talk about soccer, which his boys love to play. The other day, our talk got more serious. He asked me if I could help him get his family here. I could see the pain on his face. My answer to him was easy.
My name is Randall Kerr from Cary, NC and WRAL-TV. That's why I'm setting up this fund to help him with airfaire, legal expenses and to make sure he has money to get a bigger place to stay once his wife and 7 year old get their visas.
Between my work and soccer families, I'm sure we can get 400 people to donate 50 bucks to reach and hopefully blow by his goal. If 50 is too much, obviously any amount will help. Once we raise the appropriate amount, gofundme will transfer the money directly to Akwasi's account!
