It is still mad how things can change for someone in a very short time.

Last year I had pneumonia and spent a lot of the year working on my health to try to fight any type of lung infection from hitting me again. In October, myself and my best mate signed up for the Dubai Spinneys 92 cycle ride, showing one year on that my body was stronger.

What I never expected was the text I got from my friend in November as it came from nowhere. He was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) which to him and his family was a massive shock.

Due to what has happened, I shall still be taking on the 92km, but wanted to do something for ALL, helping with research in to the disease and change the lives of people like my friend, fight it and get back to their lives, even back on their bikes.
