We are pleased to continue our annual tradition of charitable giving during the holiday season. For 2025, we will again collect donations virtually through GoFundMe. At our Holiday Luncheon, we will randomly draw two member names from those who have donated for a $25 gift card.

Members have suggested the below charities based on their personal experience with the amazing work these charities do:

NuPath, Inc.

Based in Woburn, MA, and offering services at locations across Eastern Massachusetts, we are proud to be part of a growing network of regional agencies that is changing the way the wider world views people living with disabilities. At the heart of this effort is our staff – a group of nearly 500 professionals that deliver clinical, practical, and emotional support and care, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to the participants in our programs.

The Greater Boston Food Bank

The Greater Boston Food Bank operates from our 117,000-square-foot Yawkey Distribution Center in South Boston. This is where 107 million pounds of healthy food passes through before being distributed across Eastern Massachusetts through more than 600 Agency Partners and direct distribution sites such as Food Pantries, Soup Kitchens and Meal Programs, Senior Centers, and more.

The MBIA will match member donations up to $1,000, and funds will be distributed equally between the selected charities. Please submit your donations by December 31, 2025.
