To Honor Mrs. Onni Durst

Mrs. Onni Durst will be making a special trip to Southern California to speak to the Los Angeles members on April 6th. She will be accompanied by Kristina Seher. The topic of talk she will give at the the Rueter's home on Sunday afternoon after service will be the history of the Oakland family and how through Onni's incredible prayer, faith, wisdom and sacrifice, thousands of members were able to receive spiritual life, the blessing and blessed children. Perhaps you were one of them. At a time when the American movement is in great need of renewal and revival this will be important message to hear. It will video taped for anyone to see in the future. We are expecting 120 people.

Onni had a stroke a few years ago and it is very difficult for her to get around. When we asked her to come she initially said she could not make it, but also added, "I will ask God". The next day she called and said she would come!

At the morning  service, Bishop Kim will be giving the Sermon. However, we want to honor her at the service by presenting her an award and an honorarium. Also, we want to cover Onni and Kristina's travel expenses.

Considering how many people recieved spiritual life through her faith, no amount of money  would be enough.  Therefore, we ask that you pray sincerely and give accordingly. Any amount of money over the expense of the trip would probably put to good use covering the Durst's living expenses and most likely she would want to donate some to the Principled Academy.

Also, if you wish to send a greeting, testimony, or thank you to her you can contact us through the email provided. We will give those to her at the service and perhaps read a few to the congregation if possible.
