Help Jelena Fight Syringomyelia – Urgent 3rd Surgery

I am 38 years old, a mother of three children, and I am fighting syringomyelia, a rare and progressive disease of the spinal cord.

Despite undergoing two major surgeries abroad, my health has continued to deteriorate.

The left side of my body is paralyzed. I suffer from severe, constant neuropathic pain, weakness, and serious neurological complications.

I also suffer from urinary and fecal incontinence, which means I have lost control of my bladder and bowels and must wear adult diapers every day.

In addition to syringomyelia, I have also been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, which adds another burden of chronic pain and exhaustion to my already difficult daily life.

There are days when the pain feels unbearable, when even the simplest activities become a struggle. But I continue fighting because I am a mother, and my three children need me.

My greatest wish is not something extraordinary. I simply want the chance to receive treatment, regain as much independence as possible, and be present in my children's lives.

I know that many people have already helped us, and I cannot express how grateful we are.

You have brought us halfway toward the estimated cost of my surgery. Without you, we would never have come this far.
