<div>STORY:
</div>
<div>can take place in November 2026, but we urgently need to secure the necessary funds.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I am 38 years old, a mother of three children, and I am fighting syringomyelia, a rare and progressive disease of the spinal cord.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Despite undergoing two major surgeries abroad, my health has continued to deteriorate.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The left side of my body is paralyzed. I suffer from severe, constant neuropathic pain, weakness, and serious neurological complications.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I also suffer from urinary and fecal incontinence, which means I have lost control of my bladder and bowels and must wear adult diapers every day.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>In addition to syringomyelia, I have also been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, which adds another burden of chronic pain and exhaustion to my already difficult daily life.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>There are days when the pain feels unbearable, when even the simplest activities become a struggle. But I continue fighting because I am a mother, and my three children need me.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My greatest wish is not something extraordinary. I simply want the chance to receive treatment, regain as much independence as possible, and be present in my children's lives.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I know that many people have already helped us, and I cannot express how grateful we are.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>You have brought us halfway toward the estimated cost of my surgery. Without you, we would never have come this far.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Please understand that we would never ask for more than we genuinely need. We are simply trying to raise the money required to give me a chance at further treatment.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If you are unable to donate, please share my story with your friends, family, churches, and communities. Perhaps someone who has not yet heard about my struggle will be able to help.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>To every person who has stood beside us:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>THANK YOU FOR NOT TURNING AWAY. THANK YOU FOR GIVING ME HOPE. THANK YOU FOR HELPING A MOTHER CONTINUE HER FIGHT. ❤️
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>With endless gratitude, faith, and hope,
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Jelena Vujić and family ❤️
