Un pianoforte per il sogno di mia figlia

Ciao, mi chiamo Silvia I. e sono la fiera mamma di una splendida bimba di quasi sei anni, Mia.

Da circostanze dolorose è nata lei, la cosa più bella della mia vita, la mia benedizione.

Lei è la mia forza, il mio cuore e la ragione per cui non smetto mai di credere, anche quando la vita mette alla prova.

La sua storia

Nata prematura, ha dovuto affrontare fin dall’inizio tante difficoltà:

- un crollo respiratorio alla nascita, con inserimento di un tubo endotracheale e successiva terapia con anticorpo monoclonale

- problemi ai polmoni che l’hanno tenuta lontana da me per settimane

- fisioterapia e visite continue

- cure termali e attenzioni speciali per i suoi piedini valghi

Nonostante tutto, lei non si arrende, MAI.

Affronta ogni ostacolo con una forza che mi commuove ogni giorno.

La sua passione

In mezzo a queste prove, una luce non si è mai spenta: la musica.

Ballare, cantare, ma soprattutto suonare.

Fin da piccola, il pianoforte è stata la sua passione irresistibile: li chiama i suoi “tasti zebra” e quando li sfiora il suo viso si illumina.

Vederla sorridere davanti a un pianoforte significa vederla libera, felice, se stessa.

Il sogno ✨

Il suo desiderio più grande è avere un pianoforte tutto suo.

Sarebbe il regalo perfetto per il suo compleanno: un sogno che l’aiuterebbe a trasformare le

difficoltà in forza e bellezza.

Perché ho bisogno di voi

Purtroppo, non posso sostenere questa spesa da sola.

Da poco ho scoperto di avere un carcinoma al rene e sto affrontando un percorso di cure impegnativo.

Le spese mediche, i ricoveri e le rinunce che ne derivano mi impediscono di realizzare questo sogno per lei.

Il mio desiderio più grande è vedere mia figlia felice, felice di fare ciò che le piace davvero, darle almeno questa gioia.

A Piano for My Daughter’s Dream ✨

My name is Silvia, and I’m the proud mom of a brave little girl, Mia, who is almost six years old.

Mia was born prematurely and has faced challenges since her very first breath: a respiratory collapse, intubation and subsequent monoclonal antibody therapy, weeks in the hospital, endless therapies, ongoing physiotherapy, and constant check-ups.

But despite everything, she has never given up. She smiles, she fights, and she teaches me every day what real strength looks like.

Through all of this, one thing has always made her light shine brighter: music

Mia loves to dance, sing, and above all — play the piano. She calls the keys her “zebra keys”, and when her tiny fingers touch them, her whole face lights up with joy.

When Mia plays, she is free.

She is happy.

She is truly herself.

Her biggest dream is simple yet powerful: to have a piano of her very own.

It would be the most meaningful birthday gift — a gift that would allow her to turn her struggles into beauty, and to keep growing through her passion.

Sadly, I cannot make this dream come true on my own. I was recently diagnosed with kidney cancer, and the cost of treatments and hospital stays makes it impossible for me to afford a piano for her.

My greatest wish is to give Mia this joy, to see her happy doing what she loves most.
