הגענו איתו לבית חולים בשעות הערב בדיקה פשוטה שלחו אותנו הביתה בטענה שהתינוק בסדר, למחרת בבוקר לא היינו רגועים, והלכנו לרופאת המשפחה שהפנתה אותנו לבדיקות ולבית חולים אחר ששם הבינו ואישרו שהנפיחות של הנוזלים היא כתוצאה ממכה
וביצעו לו את כול הבדיקות האפשריות כולל

וגילו שיש לו סדק בגולגולת, וברוך ה׳ אין נזק והוא יחלים.
משם התחיל סיוט גדול יותר, אנחנו לא דוברים אנגלית ברמה טובה ,שאלו אותנו שאלות ובגלל חוסר הבנה הם לא אהבו את התשובות והתחילה חקירה של המשטרה וארגוני הרווחה בטענה שאנחנו פגענו בו שזה מזעזע בפני עצמו שמישהו יחשוב בכלל שאנחנו מסוגלים לפגוע בבן שלנו.
בדרך נס ובעזרת אנשים מדהימים כרגע הבן איתנו בבית, והסבתא הגיעה מהארץ לעזור. שכרנו עורכי דין שעוזרים לנו להמשיך להלחם ברווחה שרוצים לקחת את הילד מאיתנו למשפחת אומנה ואו מאמצת, חס וחלילה, אנחנו זועקים לעזרתכם לעזור לנו להילחם על הבן שלנו ולא לאפשר להם להצליח בתוכנית זדונית שכזאת. ארגון ״ביחד״ עשה חקירה משלו בנושא ובא לעזרתנו. אפשר לאשר את הסיפור עם יניב כהן ועם הרב של המשפחה. חשוב לציין שהאמא לא יודעת אנגלית בכלל ועד היום לא תושאלה עם מתורגמן.
Dear Community, We are reaching out with an urgent plea for help from the bottom of our hearts. We are a young couple, new parents, and we have found ourselves in a deeply distressing situation—an absolute nightmare. Our 9-month-old baby suffered a fall and hit his head. Initially, there were no visible signs of injury, but a week later, swelling appeared. We took him to the hospital for a check-up in the evening, and after a brief examination, we were sent home, assured that everything was fine. However, we were still uneasy the next morning and decided to visit our family doctor, who immediately referred us for tests at another hospital. There, the doctors recognized that the swelling was due to fluid buildup from the injury. They conducted every possible test, including MRI and CT scans, and discovered a skull fracture. By the grace of God, there was no permanent damage, and they assured us that he will make a full recovery. Unfortunately, that was only the beginning of a far more horrifying ordeal. Since our English proficiency is limited, our answers to the medical staff’s questions were misunderstood. This led to suspicions that we had harmed our child, resulting in an investigation by the police and child welfare authorities. It is beyond devastating that anyone could even think that we would hurt our own son. By some miracle, and thanks to the help of some wonderful people, our baby is currently at home with us. His grandmother has also come from our home country to assist us. We have hired attorneys to help us fight against the child welfare authorities, who are trying to take our son away from us and place him in foster or even adoptive care. This is unimaginable to us, and we are desperately asking for your support to help us fight for our son and prevent this malicious plan from succeeding. The organization "B'yachad" conducted its own investigation into the situation and has come to our aid. You can verify this story with Yaniv Cohen and the family’s rabbi. It is also crucial to note that the mother does not speak English at all and has yet to be interviewed with a translator.
