Love for Our Health Care Legends
*The response to our Fundraiser through our Social Media has been so great, that we decided to step it up and create a Go Fund Me to expedite more donations.
Legends Pizza has been so fortunate to be able to keep our doors open for the loyal customers who support our business. We knew we needed to find a way to continue this chain of support. and reached out to a nurse at Good Samaritan Hospital who regularly orders. Her response broke our hearts. With their normal busy schedules, they rely on a grab and go cafeteria or similar style food. But the cafeterias have closed. The food carts have closed. Groceries are scarce and their time even more so. Preparing meals or even taking breaks to eat those meals are far and few between. So on Saturday we donated food for the ICU of Good Samaritan Hospital. With their outpouring of gratitude, we knew we couldn’t stop.
We have decided to begin a donation campaign so we can continue donating to our nearby hospitals, supporting the doctors and nurses who are serving our community in one of the toughest times. We hope to keep making donation deliveries for as long as the doctors and nurses need it.
Additionally, we are teaming up with Bloomsters Florists in San Jose who will be creating floral arrangements to go along with each pizza delivery.
