Helping Harper

This adorable little girl is Harper, she is a fighter and incredibly strong. Harper was born on May 3, 2023. She has the most supportive mommas, Sara and Annika, and the sweetest big brother, Theo. She is so loved.

She was diagnosed with a right-sided Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia (CDH). CDH occurs when there is a hole in the diaphragm. The organs in the lower abdomen move up into the chest cavity putting pressure on the lungs and heart. Right now she is getting incredible care in the NICU at Children’s Hospital. Harper will need surgery once she is stable enough to correct the organ placement and patch the hole in the diaphragm.

Sara, Annika, and Theo have been staying at Ronald McDonald House and will be for the foreseeable future. They have a ton of emotional support from their family and friends.

We are hoping to ease their stress by trying to limit the financial burden that comes along with all this. If you wish to help my beautiful niece, Harper, and her amazing family it would be truly appreciated.
