Hi! I'm Olivia Clark, I'm 15 years old and I live in Surrey. I am raising money for a once in a lifetime opportunity - a 4-week expedition to Borneo in Southeast Asia. During this working trip, organized by Camps International (www.campsinternational.com),

I will be directly helping the people of Borneo and the environment, with a series of sustainable projects (each aligned to the UN Sustainable Development Goals and designed

to make a significant and lasting impact on the region’s most critical issues), such as;

- Conservation work, restoring habitats for endangered species

- Reforestation

- Visiting and building schools

- Installing water storage systems

- Refurbishing community buildings

- Beach clean ups

- Building toilets

I will be fully immersed into the Bornean culture, trying cultural cuisine and learning the languages as well as teaching some English to the locals too. I really want to attend this trip because I want to help people and the planet, making a positive difference in the world. I would be honored to have this opportunity and would give 100% to it.

Please donate whatever you can, no matter how small, and I promise to work hard and always do my best. In the meantime, I'm going to raise as much as I can myself, by washing cars, baby-sitting, bake sales, cutting grass and odd jobs.
