I’m raising money to support those suffering from depression, especially young and middle aged men. Donations will go towards Cycle Against Suicide, which is an awareness charity that makes a valuable contribution to the public education of mental health by changing the narrative surrounding suicide. Through their events they set out to change our culture and create a society that openly talks about suicide to allow people to speak up and seek help.
