This year I will be hosting a dodgeball tournament at Marist College on March 23rd, raising money for the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research. The tournament is in memory of my uncle, James O’Connell, who battled with Parkinson’s Disease. My Uncle James, who was only 50 years old, was a kind, charismatic, funny, intelligent man who cared about his family (and the NY Rangers/Mets) more than anything. Tournament and non-tournament participants alike are encouraged to donate to the fundraiser!
