Heart and Hand Outreach Ministries serves over 5000 people each year, meeting basic needs such as food, clothing, and rent/utility assistance in West Virginia. It is the primary food pantry for our area, and it also provides food to South Charleston Middle School students who do not otherwise have enough to eat at home over the weekend. Please help the youth of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church raise funds to meet the needs of our neighbors!
