Help Mr. Beans
Donation protected
Hi everyone my name is Sherry and i am doing this fundraiser for my Niece Soquel. She went camping last weekend to Lake Don Pedro and her dog Mr. Beans was viciously attacked by a Coyote. She rushed him to the vet where he has been ever since with a severe infection and liver failure and had surgery over the weekend. We did get some good news today and he finally ate a little on his own and able to go home tonight 9/5 but he is not out of the woods and still needs medications and he has deep wounds that need to be changed by the doctor daily for the next week. The Vet bills are over $5k for emergency services so far and he still needs medical care.
Anybody who has met Beans has fallen in love with him. He goes with Soquel everywhere and is a good travel partner and such a cool laid back guy Also if you know Soquel you love her and know that she has worked her butt off over the past year and has poured and continues to pour every penny into the Dog Grooming shop she has opened up in Delhi,Ca and now she can use our help with this financial burden. If you have it to help we Thank you or if you share this
story we Thank you for that. See Soquel's terrifying story below.......
Late last night I met my brother at Don Pedro lake to go camping... of course I took Beans with me. This morning I was startled awake to the screams of a strange dog. I looked around for Beans and noticed a small gap in the tent zipper just big enough for him to get through. I jumped out of the tent thinking he was harassing another campsites dogs only to find him in a COYOTES MOUTH about 20 yards away.
I ran barefoot after them and fell on some rocks at which point the coyote dropped beans, who for all I knew was dead... and as I’m getting up off the floor I see a flash of tan and Beans is after the Coyote!! It grabbed him in its mouth again and took off another 50 or so feet with me chasing after it until it finally dropped Beans. He laid on the floor, feet up in the air. No one In the whole campground woke up except me. Like I can’t imagine if this had been a different outcome.
It was terrifying. He’s still very out of it, and I am still very worried about him. Please keep him in your thoughts. He is so sore and in pain, my poor old man. I’m gonna have to groom a lot of dogs to pay for this.
