Chris Thompson, Gulfshore Service Technician,is a husband and a father who is facing a difficult time in his life. His wife AnnMarie is struggling with Stage 3 breast cancer. She was diagnosed in April 2025 and was strongly urged to start aggressive treatment. She has already undergone a large operation and now has started her treatment phase which will include 4 rounds of Chemo and an unspecified amount of time getting radiation treatment.

Annmarie is an insurance agent by trade and normally helps run an insurance office but she will not be working during her treatments. Chris and AnnMarie have 4 kids(8yrs,15yrs,16yrs,24yrs). She enjoys cooking, gardening, and ballet dancing.

 

AnnMarie's diagnosis comes with serious medical and financial challenges, and they have launched a GoFundMe campaign to help cover the cost of treatment, travel to specialists, and day-to-day support for their family as they navigate this journey. Previously both Chris and AnnMarie both worked full time but they have been limited due to the diagnosis
