My name is Rosa Ramirez, and as some may or may not know, my husband Armando does not have legal status in this country. He was detained in Lee County on July 13th, 2025, and placed with an immediate ICE hold. We have been working diligently to fix his status in this country for a few years now, but this has now created yet another obstacle in our path. He is currently being held in Lee County and is awaiting transfer to Alligator Alcatraz. Lawyer fees are quickly adding up, and the everyday bills and expenses have not stopped.
