My name is Hazem, and I am from Gaza.
After years of war, the heavy fighting may have stopped, but our suffering has not.
We are a family of seven. We lost our father, and since then, my mother has carried the full responsibility of raising us alone, without a stable source of income. She has done everything she can to provide for us and keep us in school, but today our situation is more difficult than ever.
I am studying to become a physical therapist. My older brother graduated in social studies education, and my sister is studying computer engineering, while my three younger siblings are still in high school. We have always dreamed of a better future, and we are still holding on to that dream despite everything.
During the war, our home was completely destroyed. We were displaced multiple times and lost everything we had. Today, we have no source of income, and this link is our only way to ask for help.
My younger brother was also seriously injured during the war and had to undergo multiple major surgeries. Although his condition is now stable, he still needs ongoing medical care that we simply cannot afford.
Even though the war has ended, we continue to suffer from its consequences every single day: no home, no stability, and no ability to continue our education without support.
We need your help now more than ever.
Your support will help us to:
- Continue my education and my siblings’ education
- Provide the necessary medical care for my brother
- And begin, hand in hand, to rebuild and repair our home
We are not asking for luxury—only for a chance to stand on our feet again.
Every donation, no matter how small, makes a real difference in our lives.
Thank you to everyone who stands with us and supports us during this difficult time.
