Gulfport Community Garden

The Gulfport Community Garden is open to everyone. There are no fees, membership, or individual plots. Our philosophy is to encourage participants to contribute in ways they are able including teaching, gardening, technical support, organizing, and community events. On our small city sized lot we produce between 1,300 and 2,000 lbs. of vegetables, herbs, and fruits per year, a decent portion of which is donated to the Gulfport Senior Center and other food pantries.

Due to Covid we haven't been unable to host our annual Dance for Plants fundraising event for the last two years. This yearly event supplied enough money to support our garden for 12 months. This GoFundMe is to ask for your financial help. Any donation as small as $5 would go toward keeping our shared community project going.
