Helping a family in need

Donation protected
This past September, the Toronto Jewish community lost a mensch. Adam Sprackman was not only one of my good friends, he was a colleague, a mentor, a father, a son and a husband. For 29 years, Adam had a hand in helping the Jewish community with the ritual of burial, working at Benjamin's Park Memorial Chapel.

One of his favorite things to do was helping to spearhead the annual Chanukah party, where he was the mc for a long time. The gift of giving, is a gift that Adam was given. Between himself and his family, they would do anything for anyone. Their generosity was as wide as it was deep.

Losing anyone is extremely hard. Adam was larger than life. The impact of his passing has been hard on many. With one of his children just starting first year of university and another in grade 11, the main focus that Adam and his wife wanted was for their kids to do well in school.

With all of this being said, his family is now struggling. The income and stability that came with his job, is no longer there. We (myself and my colleagues and friends) would like to raise enough money for Adam's family to get them through these tough times that are ahead of a family facing a pandemic, no stability, and a lot of broken hearts.

I encourage you to share this post and contribute something to this fundraiser in Adam's memory. Your support is very much appreciated.
