Wedding

Hi, my name is Melissa. Me and Callum were due to get married on 22nd march 2025. We unexpected found out we were pregnant in October 2023 and we were due on the 4th July 2024 however our baby boy Milo had other ideas and was born at 26+1 weeks weighing 865g (1lb 15oz) on march 29th 2024.

We have spend the last 12 weeks in 6 different neonatal hospitals, paying fuel, dog sitters, after school clubs (for my oldest), food etc. Callum has unfortunately had to leave his place of work due to them not getting given any compassionate leave.

In those 11 weeks Milo has been on oxygen support (CPAP, high flow, low flow) and is now breathing on his own. We believed we were coming close to the end of the neonatal journey and would be home soon however Milo fell poorly with what the doctors believed displayed signs of NEC and we were moved to a high dependency again. Unfortunately this means in the last 12 weeks we have had to dip into our wedding fund. We aren't the type of people to normally ask for help but we would still like to get married on 22nd march 2025. We are asking if people could donate just £5 to help us in our wedding fund. We are having a budget wedding already! So are grateful for any little bit of help ❤️
