Our family wants to expand, and adopting an older child from foster care is our goal. We have been married for over 9 years, and already have a beautiful daughter who will be 7 this summer. In our time of searching and researching we found the child that belongs in our home,in our arms, as they are already in our hearts.
Unless we privately hire an agency to follow through with the adoption, the county/state process will take 2-3 years to complete. Without hiring this agency, our child will sit in foster care. Hearing this news was a surprise to us as we were previously told it would take 6 months to a year. Now it is a priority to expedite our process bring our child home.
We are accepting donations of ANY kind to pay for our initial agency fee and classes so we can get into the system as soon as possible. We cannot thank any of you reading this, or donating to causes on this site for helping us reach our goal.
