A devastating earthquake struck El Salvador just a few days ago, leaving many families with nothing. One of those families is close to my heart—a dear friend of mine lost their home entirely. The images you see are of their house, now unrecognizable. Walls have crumbled, belongings buried under rubble, and worst of all, their elderly parents were severely injured during the collapse.

It wasn’t just a house—it was a place full of love, laughter, and memories. In a matter of seconds, it all came crashing down.

They are now displaced, with no safe shelter, and facing a long road ahead. Medical expenses for the elderly members are already piling up, and the cost of rebuilding is overwhelming.
