SkyDive for Pieta House in memory of Orla Cahill

As some of you may or may not know, in August 2017 my beautiful mother Orla died by suicide. Since her passing I have done my utmost to encourage the positive discussion around mental illness and open up the conversation to anyone who may need it that are within my close and not so close circle. I have shared my story time and time again online in hopes to encourage others to do so and know they are not alone.

I often speak about my mother and although the years are starting to pass, the loss never feels any less greater.

Pieta house offers 40hrs free counselling to those bereaved by suicide and they really helped me with that complex grief. I am hoping to now give back a little in the memory of my mother.
