We are neighbors helping neighbors avoid hardship and trying to show real love.

Your help is desperately needed. Our communities in South Minneapolis are supporting hundreds of families who have lost income because they are unable to work during the immigration crackdown. We have made sure people have wrap-around care for things such as groceries, medical care, household items and now we are working to make sure people can stay out of the cold by providing rent relief through this one to one grassroot effort. But time is running out for people to pay their rent by February 1 and we need the broader community outside of Minneapolis to step in to alleviate fear of eviction during this coldest month. On average, $1500 will pay rent for one household for one month. All Donated funds will be overseen by trusted individuals who are in relationship with recipient families. Rent support will be logged and tracked in a database for accountability. Please consider helping us as you are able and passing this link on to those who will join us.
