Hi everyone, I am fundraising for my parents Richard and Jane Swedish, who’s home was taken away from them due to flooding in hurricane Ian. My parents have lived in Fort Myers for more than 35 years. The got married here, started their families and their careers here- they have loved every second of this beautiful city and community. They have lived through these storms but as you may know, hurricane Ian hit SWFL and caused major destruction. Richard and Jane evacuated their home the day before the storm, knowing they were in a terrible flood zone. Tim and Eva took in Richard and Jane. Recently our family has been through a lot with my niece Remi who was diagnosed with a rare disease. We know there are so many families struggling right now, and we’re all coming together to rebuild this community we know and love. We have had so many people asking how to help and this would be a great start for Richard and Jane get some relief during these terrible times. Thank you and we love you all! Pray for SWFL❤️
