This summer I am planning on taking a trip with Georgia Southern University's College of Public Health to Ghana, Africa. While in Ghana I will have the opportunity to help people who are struggling with the effects of alcoholism and drug addiction. Most of you know that this is a subject that I feel passionately about and this is an AMAZING opportunity for me and other like-minded students to give back and help people in desperate need! I am trying to gain support monetarily and am off to a good start but still have to pay for airfare and other expenses totaling $5,149.This is not including any expenses other than travel, accommodations, and two meals per day. This trip self-funded and all donations will go to paying for the trip itself. Other type of donations (movies, t-shirts etc...) can also be taken to Ghana. Any help is greatly appreciated to aid me in reaching my goal. Thanks!
