We are currently Adopting a baby boy from China. We have recently been matched with our Son, Noah. He is 18 months old and was born with bilateral cleft lip and palate. He is extremely sweet and we have already fallen in love with him. When we go to China we need to pay an adoption fee to the orphanage of $5600.
