Amber and her kids have experienced so much in the last few months and had to endure the unthinkable and still so unbelievable, something they never thought they'd ever have to deal with.....James just decided to suddenly up and leave their family. Their whole world has been thrown upside down, this has left Amber scrambling to take care of their four children alone now as a single mom, and cover bills and enduring one of the roughest Winters that we've ever experienced here in Alaska, on top of her being abandoned when their youngest was just a couple weeks old. She's gone from being a full-time stay at home mom for the last 8 years, to now having to have a full time job and doing her best to homeschool her kids and still maintain stability and strength through everything..... But it's a struggle.....there's so many financial hurdles that she has to overcome still on her own and even with the job she's not able to cover everything that they have to take care of, from medical bills from having Charlie, to getting firewood, counseling and any daily needs for the kids and even covering now the legal fees that sit in front of her.....help them restart their new life.
