Nihal is only 13 years old, yet she is carrying more pain than any child should endure.

After the war in Gaza destroyed our home, Nihal now lives with us in a tent, without safety, stability, or proper medical care.

She suffers from holes in her heart and severe spinal deformities (Klippel-Feil syndrome, scoliosis, and Sprengel’s deformity) that cause her constant pain and limit her movement. Doctors confirmed that she urgently needs specialized surgery outside Gaza — treatment that is impossible to receive here due to the collapse of the healthcare system.
