Dear family and friends, As you are all aware, from the news that has crossed world about the disastrous and calamitous situation in Mozambique, resulting from the Cyclone Itai, all donations that may come to help the victims is greatly welcomed. I appeal to all my family and friends, so that you can make a symbolic donation to help those who are in need. The situation will get worse in the coming days. As many of you know, I am personally dedicated to aiding and fighting for children's rights, especially in Africa. There are children in Mozambique who already lived in a fragile situation before this catastrophe, since they were already living in the streets. Malaria and cholera will naturally be one of the great problems that will result from this calamity and these children are more exposed to these diseases. Many newborns are at risk due to the lack of medical assistance. I make this humble appeal to everyone who wants to help so I can get help quickly to some of these children that I have been working with in Mozambique. Donations will go towards assuring primary necessities (medications, food, portable water, and hopefully reconstruction of some homes).
