Hi, my name’s Conrad.
A few years ago I was around 20 stone, stuck in unhealthy cycles, drinking too much, binge eating, and with a poor relationship with both food and myself.
I didn’t wake up one day magically motivated.
I started with small changes.
Better choices.
More movement.
More structure.
More accountability.
Over time, those small changes added up.
I lost over 60lbs, rebuilt my life, and eventually qualified as a Personal Trainer in early 2022. In 2024 I moved fully into online fitness and nutrition coaching, now helping others do the same.
Since then I’ve completed multiple half marathons, a sprint triathlon, and a 50km ultramarathon.
In 2026 I’m taking on my biggest endurance challenge yet.
On June 13th, I will be attempting a 70-mile ultramarathon in support of the mental health charity Mind.
Alongside this, I am also preparing for my first bodybuilding competition in May, with the potential to qualify for the PCA Universe one week later. This is a separate personal challenge, but the fundraising is specifically for the 70-mile ultramarathon and for Mind.
I’ve chosen to push myself this year not for sympathy or attention, but because I’m in a place where I can push myself.
And I know how lucky that is.
Mental health has played a huge role in my own journey, and I see daily through coaching how many people quietly battle with their head while trying to improve their health.
If my suffering over 70 miles can raise money and awareness for people who are genuinely struggling, then it’s more than worth it.
Where the money goes:
100% of funds raised will go to Mind to support their work across mental health services, resources, and community support.
If you can help:
Any donation, big or small, genuinely means the world.
If you can’t donate, sharing the page is just as appreciated.
Thank you for being part of this journey.
Big love,
Conrad x
