Want to join me in making a difference? I’m raising money to benefit Family Carers Ireland,

and any donation will help make an impact. Thanks in advance for your contribution big or small to this cause that means so much to me.

My self and my good buddy Adrian Mchale are running 7 marathons on 7 different continents in 7 consecutive days. I will keep you all posted by sending pictures of each race and each continent by posting on social media as much as I can , when I can as WiFi and time will be limited . Thanks Michael and Adrian it’s for a great cause
