A BETTER FUTURE FOR MY GRANDSON As some of you know, my family has struggled with addiction of one type or another for many years. Unfortunately, it has now affected my sister, Michele's 4 year old grandsons life. I am reaching out to everyone at this time for help. She has been working with CYFD for help with daycare, but as life has it, without a Kinship Guardianship, they will no longer be able to assist. She has contacted several attorneys in the past couple of months, but the fees are astronomical. She has  been lucky enough to find an attorney and mediator that work together on cases such as hers. Unfortunately, she has run out of resources to pay the attorney fees, mediator fees, filing fees, etc. She has been supporting her grandson since August 18, 2018. As many of you know, children can be quite expensive. I am asking for help from anyone and everyone so that we may continue to support her grandson and hopefully make his life all it can be. As of March 12, we had to change our goal. After meeting with the lawyer, she advised that it would cost alot more than what we have raised to continue fighting for Josiah! I would like to send a very heartfelt thank you to everyone. And please continue to share our story!
