Homeless and Disabled: Need Your Help

I'm 33, homeless, and I'm disabled. I'm trying to get a place of my own to make it easier on me with my disability. I applied for a housing choice voucher in 2020. They finally said I'm approved to receive it and told me my appointment is April 8th. But I got a letter in the mail stating that I'm unable to receive vouchers on April 8th because they don't have any vouchers to give. Note that I applied for this program in 2020.
