My name is Keith Kightley in 2021 at the age of 69 as a result of surgery I now have an ileostomy. After joining Birmingham IA and attending coffee mornings, I met and spoke to people who were at various stages of recovery. This helped me, and I saw how it helped others to adapt to this new life. Realising that life still goes on last year I walked and completed the London landmarks half marathon.
