Support Melissa's Fight Against Breast Cancer

Hi everyone, if you've reached this page, you likely know that our favorite daughter, sister, friend and bartender, Melissa has recently been diagnosed with Breast Cancer. While it's still in its early stages, doctors have advised that she will be undergoing surgery and chemotherapy - thankfully with favorable odds. We're all aware of the high cost of healthcare, even for minor appointments and treatments.

While $90k appears to be a daunting undertaking, we have no doubt that our network of dedicated family and friends will be able to help ease the financial toll that this unexpected diagnosis will take in the upcoming months.

As many of you know, Mel has been an active community member in Newark, Harrison, and Jersey City, NJ where she has worked and lived her entire life. She advocates mutual aid, raising money and often paying out-of-pocket to support community fridges, local causes, and small businesses. She's also a talented artist, a loving dog mom, and incredibly caring friend. She most likely has memorized your drink order, too.
