I am creating this fundraiser because there is something that I would really like to do for my incredible wife, Steph.
For those of you that don’t already know, I suffer from a chronic health disorder called gastroparesis due to a severe surgical mistake in April of 2005. Since then I have been unable to eat or drink by mouth and have to be fed and hydrated through IV. I have had countless surgeries and suffer from numerous gastrointestinal disorders and chronic issues with multiple organs.

Ever since the day I first came home from the hospital Steph has put her needs and wishes on hold to stay at my side and help take care of my medical, physical and emotional needs. I would really like to do something for her to show my gratitude, and there is something that she really wants to do. Unfortunately though, we don’t have the means to make it happen for her.
As you may know, the AIDS pandemic in Africa is creating orphans on a scale unrivaled in world history. Stephanie learned about an organization called Mothers Without Borders (MWB) that works with these orphaned and vulnerable children in Zambia, Africa. Their mission is to care for these children as if they were their own. Mothers Without Borders
It is her dream to travel to Zambia to volunteer this summer because she loves children with all of her heart. She works as a “lunch lady” at an elementary school and she loves her profession because of the connections she gets to make with the children there. She is bighearted and wants to share her love in Zambia. It has been her dream to join Mothers Without Borders to love, work, serve, mentor and play with the orphanage children in Zambia.
Will you to join me in making a difference in the life of a child by making a donation towards her trip? The total cost for her volunteer expedition is about $6000.
A large portion of the cost goes directly to scholarships so children can go to school. She’ll get to play soccer, read books, jump rope, build things, work hard and share her heart.

Together we can be partners in providing love and hope to some of the world’s most desperate children.

It is my hope that we will be able to raise enough money to make Steph’s wish come true. Any amount that you can donate will be greatly appreciated and will go to a great cause, in addition to helping me make a dream come true for my incredible wife.
If you are unable to donate please consider forwarding this to others you know who may be looking for a way to donate to a wonderful cause.
Thank you so much for your consideration!
With love and gratitude,
Jason Reynolds
