Red Hook Responds is an initiative started as a response to the COVID-19 crisis in the Red Hook community. It is 100% volunteer run and the majority of volunteer responders live in or have a connection with the community of the Greater Township of Red Hook New York. (Tivoli, Milan, Annandale-On-Hudson, Barrytown).
All donations raised here will be processed and disseminated through the local Ascienzo Family Foundation - an active philanthropic organization with over five years of history serving the Red Hook community. The Ascienzo Family Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization so your donation is tax-deductible. For any donations of $250 or more donated through our GoFundMe, please also provide your mailing address to ascienzofamilyfoundation@gmail,com, so that we may get you a donation letter for your tax purposes.
Each cent of every dollar of your donation goes directly into supporting members of the Red Hook community in need. Donations will go directly towards organized efforts to provide food for anyone in need due to being homebound, sickness, or financial hardship.

Thank you to all who are mobilizing with efficiency, great care, and deep love for our Red Hook community, and beyond.
We hope to serve, support, and nourish as much of our community as we can during this time of unprecedented challenge and community needs.
