My mom's house

The winter of 2022 was a harsh one in New Hampshire. On December 23rd, my mom lost power during a storm. It came back on two days later, on Christmas morning, but a pipe had burst, causing flooding in the bathroom and destroying the floor, which collapsed. Her hot water heater also failed, leading to several weeks of her living with no running water or heating. Ice dams built up on the roof, causing major damage. She had also been living with a broken washer and dryer for months at this point, necessitating multiple trips a week to the laundromat. She still needs to have the roof and bathroom floor replaced, as well as the aging and broken appliances.
