Hi Everyone! I'm currently volunteering in Tanzania right now at Jitihada orphanage, which currently supports 115 children. With so many mouths to feed and children to teach, they often are short of supplies and food, so I'd love to raise money and awareness so that they can receive the proper education and care everyday! This money will go to short-term needs including school supplies and lunch ingredients (as listed below), but I will also be working on long-term sustainable projects that will continue to benefit the orphanage and the local emergency clinic even after I leave! The projects include:
1. Chicken coop with 25 chickens
2. Vegetable Garden
3. Fluorescent lights for the 24-hr emergency clinic

-150 pencils
-30 erasers
-12 boxes of chalk
-15 chalkboard erasers
-20 pencil sharpeners
-10 boxes of colored pencils
-60 rulers
-20 gluesticks
Food Supplies:
-50 kg of rice
-80 kg of beans
-10 kg of sugar
-10 L of oil
-40 kg meat
-50 kg flour
-50 kg maize

-Gloves
-Non-stick Gauze
