Life can change in an instant, and for my family, that moment came when my father and I were both diagnosed with cancer on the same day. Since then, we have been battling these illnesses side by side. My thyroid cancer led to surgery, but unfortunately, it metastasized into my neck, requiring further treatment. However, with my father’s stage 4 lymphoma taking priority and overwhelming challenges on every front, I am not in a position to move forward with the care I need. The financial and emotional toll of everything happening has made it impossible for me to focus on my health.

At the same time, a painful and complicated separation has deeply affected my family. After experiencing a traumatic event, my son and I were left facing even greater challenges. In the aftermath, I have been forced into an overwhelming legal battle—one that has drained already scarce resources and prevented me from getting the treatment I need. These legal proceedings are critical to ensuring safety and stability for myself and my child, but they have taken an immense toll.

My parents, who are already doing everything they can to support my son and me financially, have now been pulled into this legal fight as well. All of this is happening while my father continues his battle with stage 4 cancer. Despite their unwavering love and support, the weight of these combined struggles has pushed us to our limits.

The physical, emotional, and financial burden of this situation has been beyond anything I could have imagined. Expenses arising from continuous medical care, legal fees, and basic necessities have become overwhelming. Despite my best efforts, I can no longer do this alone.
