Hi, I’m Madison, I keep the lights on at Vinyl Bitch – a community in London for FLINTA (female, lesbian, intersex, non-binary, trans, and agender) people to connect through vinyl DJ culture. Our mission is to create equality in the DJ scene, demystify turntable technology, and make vinyl culture more accessible to marginalized genders.

We host open decks, workshops, record crawls, panels, listening sessions and more – all designed to educate and inspire!

So far, I’ve been funding everything myself – from turntable transportation to the iconic Instax film we use to capture participants’ first spins, to marketing materials and hire fees. As a US citizen in the UK on a Graduate Visa, I can’t access public funding, so your support is truly the only way this community can keep growing.
