Help Josh Salter Rebuild After a Devastating Boat Fire

Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out on behalf of my friend, Josh Salter, who experienced something truly heartbreaking this morning 7/27/2025. His commercial fishing boat caught fire and nearly half of it was destroyed. Thankfully, no one was hurt — but the damage is extensive, and it’s a huge blow to Josh both emotionally and financially.

This boat wasn’t just a boat — it was Josh’s livelihood. He’s a dedicated commercial fisherman who relies on that vessel every day to make a living. Losing it like this is more than just the loss of property; it’s the loss of income, stability, and a way of life that Josh has worked so hard to build.

The cost to rebuild or replace the damaged parts of the boat is financially overwhelming at this time. That’s why I’m asking for your help.
